Thank you for choosing to commission artwork from Ashe Von / Von Candy! To ensure a smooth and fair process for both parties, please review the following refund policy:
- Deposits and Payments:
- A deposit of 50% is required to secure your commission and begin work. This deposit covers the time, materials, and effort invested in planning and creating your artwork.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
- Refunds After Work Begins:
- Once work on your commission has started (e.g., sketches, concepts, or initial designs have been created), all payments made are restricted on refunds. This reflects the time and resources already dedicated to your project. Refunds are on a case by case basis and are subject to a claim / refund request provided by client. Please respect my time and understand the terms of service before commissioning work.
- Client Approval Process:
- I will provide initial sketches and progress updates for your review and approval. Minor adjustments can be made at these stages. However, significant changes beyond the original agreement may incur additional fees.
- Cancellation:
- If you cancel your commission before work begins, the deposit may be refunded and no further payment will be required.
- If you choose to cancel the commission after approving the final stage, no refunds will be issued for work completed up to that point.
- Cancellations after work has started will result in forfeiture of all payments made, as they compensate for the time and effort already invested. However after confirmation of your cancelation of your order no further payments will be processed. Any scheduled payments will be canceled to the original payment form.
- Final Artwork:
- Once the artwork is completed and delivered (digitally or physically), all payments are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are satisfied with the progress updates before final delivery.
- Exceptions:
- Refunds are not provided for completed work unless I, the artist, am unable to fulfill the commission due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued at my discretion, depending on the stage of completion.
By commissioning artwork from Ashe Von / Von Candy, you agree to this refund policy. I am committed to delivering high-quality work and will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure your vision is met. We are human after all mistakes can happen. Non-returnable items:
- Physical Products
Physical Products are Non-Refundable! All items sold as products and mailed to you are covered by mail-insurance and securely sent to ensure there is no damage done to your product. However accidents happen and I am willing to work with clients who have such issues as they arise. Please provide proof of the damage with receipt in the Claim Form and I will assist you with your order.
If a refund is approved then it will return the original payment form only! Every refund issued is on a case by case basis!
No credit will be provided.
